I wanted to try a cleanse for some time. I heard a lot about the master cleanse but the fact I couldn’t eat anything for 10 days doesn’t sound appealing at all!

When I told myself this cleanse was the kick off to my “Vegas Diet” (I’m heading down to Las Vegas May 24 Long Weekend for Paul Buceta’s Pool Party aka Exodus) I knew this had to be something I could commit to while not wanting to eat my own arm in the process.

I suffer from Crohn’s Disease, trying pills or fake food supplements is not my thing!! I need something that’s actually good for me.

Paul has been shooting the On The Go 3 Cleanse for quite sometime now, occassionaly they would leave products behind which Paul would drink and comment on how surprisingly good they were… lol THAT is what caught my attention – a tasty cleanse!!

I decided On The Go 3 was the way to go! It’s a juice cleanse where I get all my essential vitamins, and I only have to cleanse with no food for 3 days… Really, what more can you ask for?

So I’m on Day 2 and it’s going very well… A lot better than I thought it was going to be!

So far I’m not hungry, I have lots of energy, and my stomach feels calm.

I’m excited for this journey…
