Valeria Nova
Valeria Nova is the make-up artist that works with Paul Buceta and I at the studio.
Along with her incredible talent as a hair and make-up artist, Valeria is also a painter.
A while ago she had an exhibit displaying her “O Face” collection.

Her work is extraordinary and I am so fortunate to have a piece… especially of myself.

A couple weeks ago I was on set with Tosca Reno shooting and Harlequin. I was the stylist at the shoot.

Alabama
I was flown to Alabama for hair and make-up by a private client of mine. I was so excited… she had everything organized for me, my flights, a driver with a limo ( when I arrived he was holding a sign with my name on it… totally wicked)
The trip consisted of an unexpected talk regarding future business moves, watching a movie, doing hair and make-up on my lovely client and getting right back into the limo for the airport…
I ended up having to stay the night in Alabama due to lay-overs.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING I LEARNED….
Chicago has the coolest toilets ever! It’s a SANI SEAT! WHY DIDN’T I THINK ABOUT THIS…
Los Cabos

I had the privilege of working with photographer Pavel Ythjall and Model Pauline Nordin on the most recent Paul Buceta Pool Party held in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Here are some samples of the rocker look… I gave her the winged eye shadow look Pat McGrath created on the runways of Roberto Cavalli and Versace.
